Wedding Fullfrontal Wedding Light Airy Denver Botanic Garden Wedding

Light Airy Denver Botanic Garden Wedding

Are you trying to figure out how to incorporate as many flowers as possible into your wedding? Do it like Marley and Michael: get married in a botanical garden.

This should seem like an effortless choice for flower lovers, in addition to your bouquets, buttonholes, centerpieces and garlands, using a suitable garden as a wedding venue will add beautiful flora to any scene of your wedding.

And this real Denver wedding best shows inspiration-not only with light, airy portraits among the flowers, but also with a beautiful lush Jewish wedding chuppah, decorated with greenery, as if growing directly from the garden. Pure beauty.

This flower-filled scene, photographed by Decorus Photography and planned by Curate Events & Design, is for the bride with the green thumbs.

Wedding Style

Our wedding was a dream come true! I wanted a modern, romantic ambience with a soft color palette in ivory, blush and gold tones with accents in midnight sapphire. Our goal was to spend the most incredible day with all the people we love the most! We also wanted to incorporate aspects of our Jewish heritage into the day that seemed more cultural than religious, such as signing a ketubah before the ceremony, breaking the glass after saying, “I’ll do it,” and the horah dancing.

Favorite moments

It’s so hard to choose just one moment that was the most special – there were so many that were unforgettable! When we said ” yes “, we laughed with our closest friends, while taking pictures, despite the 100-degree heat, our first dance (choreographed by them really!), our puppy Luna, who performs at the reception and dances all night with all the people we love the most.

Planning

We relied heavily on the recommendations of our wonderful wedding planners to select the rest of our suppliers, which made planning a lot less stressful. My husband Michael’s only request for our wedding was to have a live band at the reception, which was by far one of the best decisions we made! The band was FANTASTIC and the dance floor was packed all night long.

Hire a planner! Serious. It’s definitely worth it. The entire planning process was stress-free and we were able to relax and enjoy our special day thanks to our incredible planners! Make the decisions that make you and your partner the happiest – don’t worry about what others think.

Moon

We went on delayed honeymoon to Maui and Lanai, Hawaii about 10 weeks after our wedding. Hoping for something different after the end of our big day was a great way to avoid a post-wedding slump and extend the celebration!
